Recently we went into a brief period of limited service as we transitioned your member records to our new administration partner. This transition has been completed ahead of schedule, and it is now back to business as usual for the Mercy Super team to process your transactions.

Thank you for your patience during the recent temporary service disruption. We have only one more step to go, which is to launch our refreshed Member Online portal.

What has changed?

As part of this change, we took the opportunity to refresh all our forms to make it easier for members to interact with their super. You can find the new forms in the Information Hub at mercysuper.com.au

We’re also putting the final touches on a whole new Member Online service. This should be available within the next week – keep an eye out for an update on our website on when and how to register for this new, simple and secure Member Online experience.

To register – you will need your confidential Member Number which for Super Account members is unchanged. Income Account members will have a new (simpler) Member Number attached to their account which has been set up as part of the change to our new administration partner (removing the 10-character numbers with leading zeros that applied previously).
