We recently sent a notification out to members to let them know that there would be a temporary disruption to normal services as part of our transition to a new administration partner.
This transition is running slightly behind schedule and because of this we will no longer be implementing the period of limited services from 25 May to 16 June 2021 as originally planned.
The advance payment of Income Account payments scheduled during this period will still be brought forward to 27 May 2021 as previously advised. This will replace the payment that was due in June 2021.
Normal services will continue during this period including access to Member Online.
We’re looking forward to the opportunities this transition will provide through the utilisation of new technologies. However, to ensure this change does not interfere with important end of financial year activities, the move to our new administration partner will be deferred for several months.
We’re exploring appropriate alternative timings that will cause minimal disruption and will provide members with plenty of notice of before this occurs.
