New Member Online experience – now live

We’ve been working with our new administration partner to build an improved, simple and secure Member Online experience. The new Member Online service provides easy navigation, so you can quickly find the information you need to manage your super.

We’re delighted to announce that this new Member Online experience is now live – ready for you to register and access your Mercy Super account details, whenever and wherever it suits you.

Register for your Member Online access

First, all members will need to register to access the new Member Online experience – even if you had previously used Mercy Super’s Member Online service.

This will only take a few minutes but is necessary to initiate the new security features. To register you’ll need to make sure you have access to:

• Your active email address – this will become your identifier to login after you have registered so make sure you use a personal email address (not a work-based email)
• Your mobile phone – this is needed to enable two-factor authentication
• Your Mercy Super member number – you can find this on past communications from Mercy Super
• Some other details you will know about yourself

Exploring Member Online

We encourage all members to register and explore the new Member Online experience – see how easy it is to find and keep track of your super.

• If you have more than one Mercy Super Account, for example a Super and Income Account, you will see each of these displayed and you can easily toggle between the details of each account.
• You can check in on your investment options and insurance cover directly using the menu items
• You can view your beneficiaries by going to More > Beneficiaries. If you haven’t already you can add your (non-binding) beneficiary details directly.
• Check in and if needed, update your personal contact details by going to your profile icon in the top corner (with your initials). This is where you go to logout as well.
