Mercy Super - Always for you

At Mercy Super we’re always exploring ways to better provide the high quality, personalised services our members expect now and into the future. As part of this process we recently reviewed the arrangements we currently have in place for our administration/record keeping services. These arrangements form the foundation for the services we provide to members.

As a result of this review, we have decided to appoint Grow Super Ops Pty Ltd ABN 83 617 346 568 (GROW) as our new administration partner. This change will take effect from 1 June 2021.

This new arrangement will enable us to access new technologies which, over time, will help us simplify our operational processes to dedicate more resources to engage with you in a more meaningful way and deliver better outcomes for your retirement.

Temporary disruption to services

As we transition to our new administration partner there will be some disruption to normal services while the data is being transferred, tested and reconciled. Details on this expected disruption are provided in the Member Notice that has been sent to all members but essentially most transactional services will cease from close of business on Tuesday 25 May 2021 with normal services expected to return from Wednesday 16 June 2021. Please read the details in the Member Notice and get in touch if you have any concerns.

What next?

For most members the transition will be seamless and there is nothing you will need to do other than set yourself up for the new Member Online service. We’ll be in touch when this becomes available.

If you are planning to make changes to your super it might be a good idea to plan ahead and act on these changes before the close of business on Tuesday 25 May 2021.

The Member Centre will be operating as normal through this transition, however just be aware that the information that the team will have access to will be limited during the transition period.
