Mercy Super - Always for you
Login

To enable us to provide your details to a third-party you need to provide us with these instructions by completing a Third-party authority form.

Information that can be accessed

Once you provide us with your instructions, we can provide any relevant information about your Mercy Super account that they might request. This includes:

  • Details of your account balance and transactions
  • Investment allocation and options
  • Insurance cover and any claim details
  • Any relevant documents

Importantly, providing this authority enables the third-party access to your information only. It does not allow them to change any of your details or carry out any transactions on your behalf.

How long does the authority last for?

Unless you revoke it earlier, the authority will remain in place for 24 months from the date you sign the form.

What you need to provide

To allow the third party to access your information you’ll need to complete the Third-party authority form. If you are providing access to a power of attorney, we’ll also need a certified copy of the power of attorney.
